Let’s talk. I mean seriously let’s talk it out. Let’s talk calmly and with respect to each other. Let’s talk in time windows when we want and can talk.

How Things Usually Go

Before we start

1. We kick start the communication with a 30 minutes of free consultation where we talk mainly key points and outline of chosen area or service.
2. You will get a link to your Notion Client Board to have an easy access to all the information such as contact, planned meetings, onboarding form, outputs etc.
3. We will close the primary assignment together to get an idea of the scope of the work. Sometimes the scope is very precise, sometimes is more flexible. We will make it work.
4. We will sign the contract if we need one. If there is a deposit payment I usually ask for it at this moment.

After we started

1. I will inform you about the progress of work periodically.
2. I will present and hand-off the work to you. I usually suggest next steps so that we have easier time deciding what the next direction is.
3. I will send you an invoice at the end of each month for the work done in the previous month which payment will be due in 7 days.
4. If we are parting ways I will transfer your Clients Board to you entirely.
